Application of 8413 AZ Dissolved Oxygen Pen:
The portable 8413 AZ DO meter can measure the dissolved oxygen level in water with unit of mg/l in liquid. And the 8413 AZ DO meter would be useful in a variety of applications where it is important to monitor dissolved oxygen levels in water.
1. Aquaculture:
Measuring dissolved oxygen value in water is critical in aquaculture operations to ensure that the fish or other aquatic organisms are getting enough oxygen to survive.
2. Environmental monitoring:
Dissolved oxygen levels are an important indicator of water quality and can be used to assess the health of aquatic ecosystems. 8413 AZ DO Pen can be used to monitor dissolved oxygen levels in lakes, rivers, and other bodies of water.
The 8413 AZ Dissolved Oxygen Pen was being designed and manufactured by AZ Instrument, a well experienced manufacturer for Environmental Measuring Instrument.

【FAQ of AZ 8413 DO Pen Portable Dissolved Oxygen Meter with Cable】
Q1: How often should I calibrate the AZ 8413?
A: For the best accuracy, we recommend calibrating before every use or at least once a day during frequent testing. You must also recalibrate after replacing the membrane or refilling the electrolyte.
Q2: When should I replace the DO probe membrane and electrolyte?
A: Replace them if you notice unstable readings, slow response, or difficulty calibrating. Regular maintenance is recommended every 3–6 months, or immediately if the membrane is torn, fouled, or dry.
Q3: What makes the 8413 AZ different from standard DO pens?
A: Unlike integrated pens, the 8413 AZ features a long cable probe. This allows you to measure dissolved oxygen in deep tanks, ponds, or hard-to-reach water sources while keeping the main display safely in your hand.
