The 88181 AZ Low Temperature Tracking Data Logger can measure and record the Temperature value, and generate PDF report automatically. This logger has the file encrypted technology to secure data integrity, which would be met with the requirement in Cold Chain Supply Industry (orchid, flowers, seafood, food processing products, perishable foods), Health and Pharmaceutical industry, hospital or lab.
The 88181 AZ Logistic Thermo Data logger has packed into an IP 65 waterproof bag, so it could operate in the low temperature environment from -30 to 70 degree C.

Q1: Is AZ 88181 compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11?
A1: AZ 88181 does not require any proprietary software to operate or generate reports. Since no software is used throughout the configuration, recording, or data retrieval process, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 software validation is not applicable to this product.
Q2: Why is user-configurable important for cold chain monitoring?
A2: Different products require different monitoring rules. User-configurable settings ensure AZ 88181 can meet specific compliance, transport duration, and alarm requirements for each shipment.
Q3: Why is AZ 88181 recommended to be used within one year?
A3: AZ 88181 uses an internal battery that naturally self-discharges over time. If the logger is stored for an extended period, the battery voltage may decrease. When such a logger is later used in very low temperatures (e.g. –30 °C), the battery voltage can drop suddenly, which may cause the device to stop recording. For reliable performance, we recommend using AZ 88181 within one year of delivery.
